To ensure you know exactly what our and your responsibilities are, please read the following terms and conditions.
Cycle hire is operated on a first come, first served basis and subject to availability. We accept payment by credit or debit card. Payment is due at the time of booking the bicycle(s).
Bike(s) and equipment have to be reserved and paid for prior the event. Reservations can be madeonline via our booking system where you can pay for them by a debit or credit card. Shall you experience any issues with the booking or have any questions, please contact us at bikehire@onyourbike.com for help.
You will receive booking confirmation upon successful reservation.
Bike(s) and equipment will be delivered to the event where you will be able to collect everything from our stand. We will inform you about exact logistics couple of days before. We advise not to collect the bike too early to avoid congestion, so others are able to collect bicycles in time before the start of the race. We suggest this to be 1 to 1.5h before the start. Additionally, please refer to your rider’s info pack you have received from the event organiser.
Please bring a document confirming your identity in order to collect the bike(s). Unless previously agreed, bicycle(s) and equipment must be returned after you have finished the race back to our stand where you have collected everything from.
Cancellations can be made up to 14 day prior the event date. However, we reserve the right to close the bookings early when we reach the capacity. The closure of the bookings will be also the final day for any cancellations. For any last minute bookings made within 14 days before the event date, cancelations can be still made within 24h from the date of making the booking. To cancel the booking(s) please inform us about it via an email to bikehire@onyourbike.com, also stating your full name and the event you have booked bike(s) for.
Any bookings cancelled within the refund policy, will be fully refunded using the original payment method. Any bookings not collected at the event or cancelled outside the cancelation policy will not be refunded. All refunds and credits are at the discretion of On Your Bike, and all decisions are final.
